This report commissioned by the Greater Milwaukee Committee, MKE United supported conducting this research which aligned with the efforts of the Brew City Match program. The BCM partners helped in the research's data collection process as well. The Up to Speed report examines small business technology usage and gaps in Milwaukee, with a specific emphasis on small businesses owned by people of color.
